We process this data solely to set up, deliver, and operate the SANZIA SYSTEM service.

• Create and manage your account and subscription.
• Build and configure your lead capture and follow-up system.
• Communicate with you about implementation and support.
• Process recurring subscription payments.

3. Subscription and Payments

SANZIA SYSTEM is a recurring monthly subscription. Payment is processed through our payment provider. Meta advertising spend is NOT included in the subscription and is paid separately directly to Meta through the client's advertising account.

4. Cancellation

You may request to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not imply an automatic refund of the current billing period unless established by our applicable policy.

5. Sharing Information

We share information with service providers necessary to operate the system (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, calendar, and advertising platforms), only to the extent required to provide the service.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer remains responsible for the operation of their own business, compliance with applicable regulations, and the advertising budget managed in their own Meta account.
