Terms of Service

1. The Service

SANZIA SYSTEM includes the setup and management of a primary Meta Ads campaign, a conversion page, an AI Booking Engine with AI receptionist, a CRM with pipeline, calendar and automations, personalized onboarding, and technical support.

2. Subscription and Billing

SANZIA SYSTEM is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Meta advertising spend is NOT included. Ad budget is paid directly to Meta through the client's advertising account.

3. Cancellation

You may request to cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancellation does not generate an automatic refund of the current period unless established by an applicable policy.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Advertising campaign performance and business results depend on multiple factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, sales, ROI, or lead volume.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the operation of their business, for following up with generated leads, and for providing the information, access, and materials required for implementation.

Video ads are edited using client-provided material. Professional on-location filming is not included.

6. Service Scope

Advanced custom development, complex websites, additional campaigns, or professional video production may be quoted separately.
